I too take a daily multi plus extra D and try to load up on calcium rich veggies. I do probably need to take an extra calcium though as I don't always eat dairy.
Careful, Calcium is a gateway supplement. Next thing you know, you'll be jonesing for folic acid, thiamine and - oh, no - riboflavin!
